A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging, If a part a part is returned without its original packaging, the restocking fee will be 30%
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Glass and Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Approved returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving shipping label.
All shipments are protected by insurance for damage. If you receive a damaged part, do not reject it, reach out to us and we will send you a link to file an insurance claim for a full refund. If you reject the delivery, it will delay your refund and receipt of a replacement part.
Shipping is not refundable on orders that were Returned to Sender via UPS/USPS (due to incomplete/incorrect address, etc.) or Rejected at time of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
