Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging, If a part a part is returned without its original packaging, the restocking fee will be 30%
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Glass and Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Approved returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving shipping label.
  • All shipments are protected by insurance for damage. If you receive a damaged part, do not reject it, reach out to us and we will send you a link to file an insurance claim for a full refund. If you reject the delivery, it will delay your refund and receipt of a replacement part. 
  • Shipping is not refundable on orders that were Returned to Sender via UPS/USPS (due to incomplete/incorrect address, etc.) or Rejected at time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
